Those of you who have watched Gravity Falls will get the reference.
It took quite some tinkering and a lot of experimenting, but I FINALLY created a model that I was happy with. I plan to make a 3D-printed version of this thing soon. Maybe I'll post a picture of that when I do.
I admit I didn't come up with the idea for the shape, it's based on one I found online. But I had to build the model from scratch, since the site I found it on wanted to charge almost five bucks.
I still have to check to see if this is a FAIR 38 sided die, of course. I know that each face has the same area, but I'm not sure if the shape of each one will throw off the results. I'll see soon enough.

Clearly, I'm not the only one who was bothered by the fact that the "38-sided die" was blatantly just a d20. I mean, they didn't even have any numbers above 20 on it! I get that it wouldn't be easy to design one just for the pedants in the audience, but if you can't be bothered to draw more than a spade, call it a spade!
